I didn't become a real estate agent to sell square meters. I became one to secure life projects and bring clarity where there is often confusion. For twenty-five years, I have led high-stakes and complex projects within large organizations. This school of excellence taught me valuable lessons, and especially very useful ones in real estate: - ethics create trust, - rigor reassures, and consistency in values makes the difference… in the long term. I chose to leave an environment that no longer suited me to put this excellence in the right place: in service of people, their decisions, and their peace of mind. Today, I support sellers and buyers who expect more than a "transaction": clarity, protection, and decisions aligned with their lives. My role is not to say yes to everything. My role is to provide a perspective that few take the time to have: identify risks, shed light on gray areas, ask questions that secure, and restore coherence when the market (or emotion) muddies everything. My "superpower" is not finding a property. It's understanding people. I can sense when a project needs more time to mature, set boundaries without rushing, refocus when necessary, and most importantly protect my clients by saying no when a choice would put them in difficulty. I never start by simply listing a property online. Every project begins with an in-depth strategic analysis: the property, its environment, its market, its strengths, its challenges, its price positioning and the buyer profiles it can genuinely match. This analysis allows me to build a customized marketing strategy: valuation, pricing, targeting, communication, marketing timeline and negotiation. My objective: not simply to list your property on the market, but to create the best conditions to sell it.

Assisting a buyer does not mean, for me, sending listings or multiplying viewings.
